We worked with Hall Bickmann. She came to our house, took measurements and worked up an initial design and cost estimate for us. The Design Team was quick to get us our renderings, and very easy to make changes and get a quick response back. The communication was outstanding. Scheduling with Amanda was flawless. She was even able to move up our install date by a week.
Brandon and Carius were our installers. They were professional, courteous, and took great care installing each area. Look at the pictures and you can see where they just went above and beyond in their execution.
I highly recommend that you visit the showroom. We visited and the staff there were excellent. It really gives you a better visual of what to expect, and can even help give you ideas that you may not have thought of. We selected the blue for our mudroom, and being able to see it in person really helped build the excitement. In addition, they have samples available, which you can use to make your final decision.
For the quality of the materials and the professional installation, I found the cost to be reasonable.
We are very pleased with our installation, and will use them again in the future for other projects within our house. I recommend you do the same.
